At Moodi, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
